By accessing or using IdeaForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IdeaForge is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that analyzes public YouTube channel data and generates video ideas using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered through a paid monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable. Because IdeaForge is a digital SaaS product that provides immediate access to AI-generated content upon payment, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: partial use of a billing period, dissatisfaction with generated content, or failure to cancel before a renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated means

6. Intellectual Property

Ideas generated by the Service are provided for your use. You retain ownership of any content you create based on these ideas. However, IdeaForge does not guarantee the uniqueness or originality of generated ideas, and similar ideas may be generated for other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
